"The Instruments A Comin' program works to increase youth participation in the Greater New Orleans area school music programs by providing new instruments.
Now in its eighth year, Instruments A Comin' has purchased over 1.8 million dollars worth of new music instruments, and have distributed those instruments to more than 2,000 students in 50 local schools.
Tipitina's Foundation is in the forefront of insuring that music programs are available in public or charter schools as they open and reopen anew in the Greater New Orleans area."
